Patrick loves helping people; he feels privileged to be a guide towards his customers’ home ownership dreams. He enjoys coaching his clients towards success and while he loves sharing in their success, he believes the triumph is their’s alone. Patrick understands when someone buys a home, they are also purchasing the surrounding community. They’re acknowledging the local schools, local commerce, city government, employment options, convenience, cost of living, and much more. When deciding to buy a home that person is choosing a lifestyle and putting down roots.
Having grown up on a small farm in Greentown, just outside of Kokomo, and moving into the city after getting his Bachelors from Ball State, Patrick closely identifies with the Kokomo community. Whether it’s cheering on the Kokomo Jackrabbits baseball team, enjoying the beautiful Wildcat Creek Walk of Excellence, or delving into the rich history associated with the City of Firsts, Patrick believes Kokomo is a wonderful place to live in, and, with the city’s campaign for beautification and commitment to walkability, it’s providing a great alternative for people who do not desire to settle in a larger city but still wish to live in an exciting area.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and his dog, Lucy. Currently, he’s in the process of making his house a home; most weekends are filled with sawdust, paint cans, and inconveniently positioned furniture. Patrick also loves reading fiction and writing music.
